Arrival & Departure
Drop off on arrival day is from 1:30pm - 3:00pm.
Pick up on departure day is from 10:30am-11:30am.
When registering, please indicate if you are dropping off your child or if you have arranged a carpool with another family. You must confirm, in writing, what adult will be transporting your child if it is not you.

Packing List
When preparing for camp we encourage you to pack wisely, consider the weather and the length of your stay. Be sure to label all your items clearly with your name or initials. Please do not pack more than one large duffel bag or suitcase, as space is limited with bunks.
REQUIRED PAPERWORK
When campers arrive at Stone Canyon they are required to have specific paperwork in their file. The require paperwork can be uploaded to their profile on the Active network, or it can be brought in hard copy on arrival day. Email a Camper
You may also write to your camper via e-mail. E-mails will be printed at 1pm each day. Your camper will not be able to respond via e-mail, but we do encourage all campers to send letters home. Please send camper e-mails to the address below and do not forget to put your child's name in the subject line.
Camper Photos
Stone Canyon uses SmugMug to post camp photos. We will send you a link for the private gallery of your camper's session at the beginning of the week.
